Print Your Label
Generate and print a prepaid shipping label directly from the portal, or choose a QR code option for a label-free drop-off at participating locations.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Stride Rite box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
